Whist I like the bars, it’s impossible to manage your subscription online yourself - which really makes things much harder than it should be, especially when your emails are ignored.
I appreciate this is a small company, however ignoring customers is not the way to grow :(

I’m currently working towards my first Ultra marathon - 110k in the Lake District and found out about these through social media and a friend of mine.
I’ve been using them on the trails (3-8hour runs) and have found not only do I have more energy but I can keep eating them without any negative feedback like I have had with gels in the past.
600 kcals, taste great and also great value.

I would just like to clarify my 1 star rating, it was for the courier service and not Real.Meal, in fact they couldn't have done more to reach out to me and replace the missing items.
