I’m currently working towards my first Ultra marathon - 110k in the Lake District and found out about these through social media and a friend of mine.
I’ve been using them on the trails (3-8hour runs) and have found not only do I have more energy but I can keep eating them without any negative feedback like I have had with gels in the past.
600 kcals, taste great and also great value.
I also work with high level executives who are travelling and have now been using them with my clients for when they travel.
Strongly recommend, and Will and his team are legend to!
I used these to run across the arctic circle, on all my long distance adventure challenges and on days when I’m strapped for time.
The taste, quality and nourishment from such a small easily carried bar is unmatched.
I would just like to clarify my 1 star rating, it was for the courier service and not Real.Meal, in fact they couldn't have done more to reach out to me and replace the missing items.

I have used these as part of my training for running Hadrians Wall in the UK. 70mile continuous event.
They helped me towards getting a good source and balance of macros in on the run. Event done totally gel free of which these played a big part towards that.
And did I mention. They taste amazing…..
Nothing else like it out there. Perfect for military, sports enthusiasts, hikers or anyone needing some quick and easy fuel. Not to mention they taste amazing. Far better than the average protein bar. Espresso hazelnut is my personal favourite.
