Good addition to my pack

Didn’t think it would be any good but had to try it for myself on my long runs and have now subscribed to a monthly box

These are surprisingly good. Unlike most protein bars or meal replacements these actually taste like really food and are enjoyable. The blueberry and almond is my favourite. These carried me through my Camino allowing me to top up calories or have a meal on the go when necessary. Would definitely recommend.

Love these bars! They taste amazing. Finally found something easy to carry and easy on the tummy for fuelling those ultra running miles, great for a days hiking as well ! Honest review from an ultra runner

Real Meal bars are a total game-changer for long runs and mountain days.

The size is perfect, they fit easily into a standard running vest pocket and they’re solid enough to break off a chunk when you need it, then stash the rest for later. At 600 calories each, it’s super easy to track your nutrition without overthinking it.

This is the only oat-based product I’ve found that doesn’t bloat my stomach, no messing around, just real fuel that works. Every flavour I’ve tried has been spot on, but my personal favourite is the Himalayan Sea Salt. Tastes great, goes down easy, and never feels overly sweet or artificial.

They’re clean, not messy like gels, and they give you a proper bit of variety in your fuelling strategy. I still use gels from time to time, but having something this satisfying in your vest changes the game, especially when you’re out there for hours.

These aren’t ultra-processed junk. They feel like quality, and that shows in both the texture and the taste. I’ve shared them with loads of other runners and I’ve never had a single person say anything but good things.

Fueled all the way round an Ultra

I'm always abit sceptical about new fuel but these bars are honestly game changing. I can't eat on runs, I just end up being sick so rely on gels which as most runners know are hard on the stomach.
I had one bar which got me all the way round, no wall no crashing and they taste great too 😋
